About Me
Hello, my name is Locke and my favorite cryptid also happens to be the lochness monster because of its ties to dinosaurs and folklore! I’m a New England character designer and animator based out of New York City! I currently attend the School of Visual arts, but previously have also spent time making several 48 hours films in small teams. My current project is my 3rd year Independent film, In the Heart of Salem, which follows a young witch fleeing the Puritan Witch Trials in Colonial Massachusetts. I am also currently developing a pitch for a horror RPG called Humoralion, where I have plenty of room to explore one of my favorite things to design: Creatures! I am also the Treasurer and an organizer for the SVA’s figure drawing club, as well as an unaffiliated organizer for life drawing meetups at the MET and parks of NYC. Life and observational drawing, music, and folktales are some of my favorite pastimes which I try to incorporate into my work whenever I have the chance.
